What began as a two-person startup has flourished into a vibrant organization powered by a passionate team, trusted by leading companies, and dedicated to giving back to society.
From Vision to Reality – Our Growth Story
When Manuel Brugger and Mario Reismüller founded ADVVISE on December 1st, 2021, they started with nothing more than determination, expertise, and a shared vision of building something remarkable. Today, their journey is a testament to resilience, trust, and teamwork.
- 2022: The adventure began with just two founders. On January 1st, 2022, our first employee, Mark, joined the team, and by the end of the year, we were 7 strong – a team united by purpose and ambition.
- 2023: Despite the challenges of being a young company in a dynamic market, we continued to grow, expanding to 12 team members. Each new hire brought fresh ideas and energy, helping us refine our offerings and deliver even greater value to our clients.
- 2024: Today, our team has grown to 18 talented individuals. Together, we are not just colleagues but a family, fostering a workplace culture built on collaboration, innovation, and a shared sense of values and purpose.

- 2022: In our first year, 12 clients placed their trust in us for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) services.
- 2023: By the end of our second year, that number doubled to 25, as more companies recognized the value of our tailored solutions.
- 2024: Today, 40 clients from diverse industries rely on ADVVISE as their trusted partner.

- Supporting Butterfly Children in Austria: Every year, we support the organization DEBRA Austria, which works tirelessly for Butterfly Children. These children live with Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), a rare genetic condition that makes everyday life a constant challenge.
- Empowering Orphans in Africa: Mario Reismüller, one of our founders, is a co-founder of a charity “Freunde kicken für Afrika” that provides essential resources and opportunities to children in need, giving them hope and a brighter future.
- Spreading Christmas Cheer in Austria: Through our annual Christmas initiatives, we bring joy and support to underprivileged children, making them a special holiday season.
