As a Business Consultant/Project Manager, you will drive the conversation with prospects/customers from proposal to delivery. In detail you will manage entire customer projects and work fully responsible with our customers and consultants to map the business requirements, structure them and create implementable user stories, which you coordinate with the internal consulting team. You guide our developers to implement user stories in the best possible way and support our customers during testing, acceptance and go-live.

• Provide expertise and technical mentoring to the team
• Take the lead in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and customer events.
• Create solution concepts to meet technical, business and functional requirements and introduce/present proposals to prospects/customers.
• Gather all requirements together with the project team, advise the customer on alternative solutions, and develop roadmaps to ensure the customers get the most out of their investments.
• Participate in internal team meetings and contribute in a collaborative way to the team with information-sharing and cooperation.
• Participate actively as a subject matter expert in the acquisition of new projects.
• Carrying out trainings and perform train-the-trainer activities.
• Although the majority of projects is done remotely, domestic and international travel (mainly DACH region) can be required up to 10% or even more.

• Degree in computer science, business information systems, economics or related field
• Interest in learning about customer requirements and developing customer solutions
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience, for example in the areas of software development, IT consulting or project management for enterprise solutions
• Experience in working in an agile way, respectively with agile methodologies
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical and communicational skills
• High-level of independence, hands-on mentality and result-oriented mindset
• Fluent in German and English (must-have)
• Experience with ServiceNow or other PPM/SPM solutions is an advantage
